Every Edge Ends

(a univocalic poem)

We weep
Where he sleeps
Bleeds between sheets
Begs “help me, help me”

We help less
Flesh presses flesh
Greedy tenderness

Every edge ends
Seeds beget stems
Trees bend
Shredded hems rend
